When you need a reserve, and when the bypass is enough
The bypass is for Russian sites that should work with the VPN on. A reserve is for when every bit of traffic should use a foreign address.
An ordinary day
If the bank, Ozon, and Max should open as usual, and foreign sites should work too, leave Stealth or WebSocket on. That is what the bypass is for. Russian services keep a Russian address. A foreign address is filled in where it is needed. You do not turn the VPN off.
When to pick a reserve
A reserve does not split anything. The bank, the messenger, and the foreign site all leave together. A Russian service then sees the reserve's country, so it may ask you to turn the VPN off again. That is expected.
Reserve 1 sends all traffic through Zurich. Reserve 2 sends it through Amsterdam. Reserve 3 sends it through Frankfurt. If you want every bit of traffic to go through one of those countries, connect to that reserve in Happ and do not leave Stealth on next to it.
How not to mix them
Russian sites that should work without disconnecting the VPN mean Stealth, or WebSocket if Stealth is quiet. One foreign address for everything means the reserve of the country you want. The two modes get in each other's way if both are on.
